Auditability without hype
Kickbacks plans durable, access-controlled audit records. A ledger should be described as tamper-evident only when its controls and verification method are implemented and tested—not as absolutely tamper-proof. Revocation cannot erase data a partner was lawfully required to retain, so those exceptions must be disclosed.
